Giovanna Lombardo, Esq. joined the firm in May 2016. She focuses her practice on all aspects of divorce and family law, including child support and custody matters, equitable distribution, alimony, prenuptial, postnuptial and property settlement agreements. Ms. Lombardo has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels.

Giovanna received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Camden, and previously clerked for Honorable Timothy G. Farrell, Salem County, Family part and Cumberland County Criminal part. Giovanna is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and the District of Columbia.

In 2008 and 2009, Ms. Lombardo was selected as a New Jersey Rising Stars by Law & Politics. Recipients are selected based on an extensive voting process by their peers. Voters are asked to nominate the best up-and-coming attorneys they have personally observed in action. Each candidate also was evaluated by an independent process, which resulted in just 2.5% of all lawyers in NJ being designated a Rising Star.

Ms. Lombardo was previously an Associate Attorney with Alfred R. Scerni, Jr., P.A. from 2004-2006 where she also practiced family law and municipal law, serving as Assistant City Solicitor. From 2008 through 2009, she also practiced in a New Jersey family law firm focusing exclusively on matrimonial law issues.

Ms. Lombardo received her undergraduate degree from Boston University where she received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Italian Studies and is fluent in Italian.
